By purchasing, downloading, or using 360Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
360Code is a video analysis application designed for football (soccer) analysts, coaches, and scouts. The service includes features such as:
Plans: 360Code is available as a paid subscription with the following options:
Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month until cancelled. 6-month and 12-month plans are one-time payments.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account page. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are generally not provided after activation. If you experience technical issues preventing use of the service, please contact us at support@fc360.co.
Upon purchase, you will receive an activation key via email. Each license permits use on a limited number of devices as specified in your plan (typically 1 device per seat). Additional seats may be arranged by contacting support.
Your license is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or distribute your activation key to others.
You agree to use 360Code only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain all ownership rights to videos and content you upload to 360Code. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and use any video content. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party content.
360Code, including its design, features, and code, is owned by FC360 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our application without written permission.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavor to provide notice of planned downtime when possible.
360Code is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FC360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 360Code, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to 360Code if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your license will be revoked and you must cease using the application.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
